Signing In To Your Credit One Bank Account (Android Phone)

– [Woman] Hey everyone In this video we're gonna go over some troubleshooting options for if you're having trouble signing into the Credit One Bank website

First, let's take a look at what it should look like So you type in your username and password Alright, so we've successfully signed in Now let's go over what to do if this is not what you experienced The first thing we need to do is check our settings

So right here, we're gonna click these three little dots, and we're gonna scroll down to settings, privacy, and then all the way at the bottom there's this option to clear browsing data, which is your history, you cookies, your site data and your cache So we're gonna select that and make sure all three of these options are checked, browsing history, cookies and site data, and cached images and files And we're gonna select clear data And we're gonna clear it Next, we wanna make sure that we're not in incognito mode

So, in order to check that we need to open up Chrome And then right here where we have our tabs option in this little square, make sure that you're not in incognito mode So if I were to open a new incognito tab, let me just show you what it looks like, your top search bar would be dark gray In a non incognito tab your top search bar is light gray So make sure you're not in incognito mode

Now we're gonna navigate back to creditonebankcom Make sure that you type in the URL and don't use like a bookmark or anything like that You shouldn't have anything in your history because we just cleared your website data, but make sure you type in creditonebankcom

Alright, so we're back at creditonebankcom, you can try and sign in again If that's not working, you may have to reset your username and password Sometimes we think we have our password right and we just don't, it happens to me all the time In this case let's just try resetting our username and password and see if that works

So, right down here, we're gonna select forgot username and password And to reset your username and password you're gonna need to enter your social security number, your credit card number, the good through date, which is the expiration date of the credit card, your signature panel code, which is the three digit code on the back of the card Enter all that information and then follow the on-screen instructions to reset your username and password Now if you do that and it's still not working for you there is one last thing we can try, which is turning off our Wi-Fi and using cellular data instead So navigate to your settings

Settings And select Wi-Fi, and turn off Wi-Fi, my Wi-Fi is already off Now if your Wi-Fi is on it'll be toggled over to the blue side and it'll say on Just turn that off And then try again using your cellular data
